Aleem’s background is in institutional asset management with 25 years of experience managing investments in multi asset class portfolios. He has built and led investment programs in the US, UK, Asia and Middle East for family offices and sophisticated institutions. Aleem has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mathematics and quantitative finance from the US and UK.

Daison is a seasoned finance professional with more than 30 years of experience spanning finance, accounting and business administration across Asia and the Middle East, including Singapore and Malaysia. He has held senior leadership roles within public accounting firms and multinational organizations, where he successfully led business support functions and drove operational excellence. Since 2009, Daison has been heading the Finance Department at Al Nahdha Investment, overseeing financial strategy, governance, and performance management.

Essa brings over a decade of leadership experience across Real Estate & Banking sectors, with a strong track record in managing large scale property portfolios & delivering projects across multiple asset classes both locally & internationally. He is responsible for shaping strategic direction, enhancing asset value & driving commercial performance across diverse segments. His focus is on long term value creation, optimizing capital efficiency & ensuring execution of investment and operational strategies.
